Baja Backcountry Video
- The Baja 4 Wheeling Adventure opens with Rick Russell talking
about his vision of this new video series. This video follows a
group of 4 wheelers as they cross the border from California into Mexico.
After visiting Ensenada, the group leaves the pavement and heads into the
mountains near Laguna (between Tecate and Highway 3). They set up
camp alongside the Baja 500 race course and wait for the action to start
at sunrise. Highlights of the race are captured on video as
the race teams scream past. After the race, this group of four
wheelers searches for the remote trail that leads them down the cliffs to
the dry lakebed of laguna Slada, south of Mexicali.
